AABC-10 POSTER SESSIONS
Battery Developers – Materials Developers – Battery-System Integrators!
Present your latest R&D findings to this exclusive group of technical and business development executives from major battery companies, automotive technology centers, and the materials and energy industries.
- Three dedicated poster sessions will be scheduled during AABC 2010 and the LLIBTA and ECCAP symposia in Orlando, Florida. Posters will be displayed in a spacious central location for maximum exposure to the audience. All conference participants will be invited to take coffee and refreshments in the poster area during the dedicated poster sessions and meet the presenters. We will inform you of the sessions’ exact dates and times in due course.
- Posters with technical information of interest may be submitted by any conference participant.
- All poster presenters are expected to submit a four-page paper of their poster for inclusion in the conference proceedings which all participants will receive at the beginning of the conference.

How to apply for a poster presentation:
- Submit a one-paragraph abstract for consideration via email by March 26 to: catherine@advancedautobat.com. Poster spaces will be allocated based on relevance of content and on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend that you contact us early to reserve your space! We will inform you of the result of your request within a few days.
- Submit a four-page paper for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
- Register for the conference (Symposia and AABC panel sessions). There is no extra charge for the poster stand. Your poster stand will be booked upon receipt of your conference registration.
- Prepare (according to the poster instructions sent separately) and bring your poster to attach onto the stand provided (Poster board dimensions are 8ft wide by 4ft tall; actual usable surface specified in the poster instructions).
