- Three dedicated poster sessions are scheduled during AABC Europe 2012 in Mainz, Germany, in June. They will occur on Tuesday May 19 at 13:00, Wednesday May 20 at 13:00, and Thursday May 21 at 15:30.
- Posters will be displayed in a spacious central location for maximum exposure to the audience. All conference participants will be invited to take coffee and refreshments in the poster area and meet the presenters during the dedicated poster sessions. Posters remain accessible for the entire three days of the display (Tuesday through Thursday).
- Posters with technical information of interest may be submitted by any conference participant.
- All poster presenters are expected to submit a paper of their poster for inclusion in the electronic conference proceedings which all participants will receive at the beginning of the conference.
